Eligibility
- 2.1Participants must be active VIP members of myTradersLab. Membership must be active both when applying and when the Funded account is issued.
- 2.2Participants must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
- 2.3Participants must open a live trading account on the designated platform through the myTradersLab sign-up link and complete the platform’s identity verification (KYC). Accounts not opened through the link are not accepted.
- 2.4One account per person. Each participant may have only one account in evaluation at any one time.
- 2.5Participants must give myTradersLab their account number, server name and investor (read-only) password so myTradersLab can monitor and review trading throughout. The investor password must not be changed during the evaluation or funded stage; if it must be changed, myTradersLab must be told immediately.
- 2.6Participants confirm they have read, understood and agree to this entire rulebook. Taking part means accepting these rules.
- 2.7Participants are responsible for confirming that taking part in the Program and using the designated platform is legal where they live.
03
Account tiers
The amount a participant deposits sets their tier, evaluation targets and funded capital.
| Minimum deposit | Phase 1 target profit | Phase 2 target profit | Funded capital |
| $500 | $500 | $1,000 | $10,000 |
| $1,000 | $1,000 | $2,000 | $25,000 |
| $2,500 | $2,500 | $5,000 | $50,000 |
| $5,000 | $5,000 | $10,000 | $100,000 |
- 3.1The tier is set by the account’s starting balance when the evaluation begins. If the starting balance falls between two tiers, the lower tier applies. For example, a $1,800 deposit is in the $1,000 tier.
- 3.2Targets are based on the actual starting balance: Phase 1 target profit = starting balance (the balance reaches starting balance × 2); Phase 2 target profit = starting balance × 2 (the balance reaches starting balance × 4). For example, with a $1,800 deposit the Phase 1 target profit is $1,800 (balance $3,600), the Phase 2 target profit is $3,600 (balance $7,200), and passing earns $25,000 in funded capital.
- 3.3We recommend depositing the exact tier amount to keep the numbers simple.
- 3.4The tier cannot be changed once the evaluation has started.
04
Registration and deposit
- 4.1The Program only accepts trading on the trading platform designated by myTradersLab (the “designated platform”). Trading on any other platform is not recognised.
- 4.2Steps: (1) register an account on the designated platform through the myTradersLab link; (2) complete the platform’s identity verification; (3) open a live trading account and set leverage to no higher than 1:100; (4) deposit for your chosen tier; (5) submit your account number, server name and investor password to myTradersLab and wait for confirmation.
- 4.3The evaluation only officially starts once myTradersLab confirms the registration. Trades made before confirmation do not count.
- 4.4Deposits, withdrawals and account matters are governed by the designated platform’s own terms. The designated platform is an independent third party, and myTradersLab is not responsible for its deposit and withdrawal processing, outages or other services.
- 4.5The funds used during the evaluation belong to the participant, who bears all gains and losses.
05
Evaluation rules (Phase 1 & Phase 2)
5.1 Profit targets
- Phase 1: the account balance reaches 200% of the starting balance (a 100% gain).
- Phase 2: starting from the balance at the end of Phase 1, grow another 100%, so the balance reaches 400% of the starting balance.
5.2 How targets are measured
- 5.2.1Targets are measured on the account balance after positions are closed. Floating profit does not count.
- 5.2.2When the target is reached, the account must have no open positions or pending orders.
5.3 Leverage
- 5.3.1Account leverage during the evaluation is capped at 1:100.
- 5.3.2If a review finds trading at leverage above 1:100, the current phase is void.
5.4 Loss limits
No maximum loss limit and no daily loss limit during the evaluationBecause the evaluation uses the participant’s own money, Phase 1 and Phase 2 have no maximum or daily loss limit. If the balance is no longer enough to keep trading, that evaluation ends. The participant can deposit again and start over from Phase 1.
5.5 Time
Phase 1 and Phase 2 have no time limit.
5.6 Deposits and withdrawals during the evaluation
- 5.6.1During the evaluation (from myTradersLab’s confirmation until the Phase 2 final review is complete), no withdrawals are allowed. Any withdrawal makes that evaluation void.
- 5.6.2No extra deposits are allowed during the evaluation. Any extra deposit makes that evaluation void.
- 5.6.3After passing Phase 1, the participant continues Phase 2 in the same account with no new deposit.
5.7 Reporting and review
- 5.7.1After reaching a target, the participant must report it through the official myTradersLab channel within 48 hours.
- 5.7.2After reaching the Phase 1 target, the participant may keep trading straight into Phase 2 while Phase 1 is reviewed. If the Phase 1 review fails, the whole evaluation (including Phase 2 progress) is void.
- 5.7.3After reaching the Phase 2 target, the participant must stop trading and wait for the final review. myTradersLab reviews every trade in the evaluation, usually within 5 business days.
- 5.7.4After passing the final review, all funds in the evaluation account still belong to the participant, who may withdraw them. The participant then joins the queue for a Funded slot (see section 10).
5.8 Instruments
Participants may trade the instruments offered on the designated platform. myTradersLab may announce restricted instruments, which take effect as soon as they are announced.
06
Trade review
Every trade is reviewedFor Phase 1, Phase 2, the funded stage and every payout request, myTradersLab reviews every trade in the relevant period. A Funded account is only issued, and a payout only approved, after passing review.
- 6.1The review covers, among other things: open and close times, direction, lot size, risk per trade, holding time, trading frequency, consistency of trading logic, and links to or similarity with other accounts.
- 6.2During a review, myTradersLab may ask for an explanation of trades, screenshots of trading records, proof of identity or other information. The participant must provide it within 3 business days; otherwise the participant is treated as having withdrawn.
- 6.3If a review finds any breach of the prohibited conduct in section 7, or decides the trading does not reflect genuine trading ability, myTradersLab may: (a) fail the evaluation; (b) refuse to issue a Funded account; (c) close the Funded account; (d) refuse a payout.
- 6.4Review results are final. myTradersLab is not obliged to disclose its review methods or criteria.
07
Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited in both the evaluation and funded stages:
- 7.1Hedging across accounts: holding opposite positions in the same or closely related instruments at the same time across different accounts, whether alone or with others, and whether or not the accounts are in this Program or on the same platform.
- 7.2Coordinated trading: several participants coordinating direction, timing or lot size to improve their chances of passing or getting paid.
- 7.3Account sharing and managed trading: letting someone else trade your account, trading someone else’s account, or buying, selling, transferring or lending an account.
- 7.4Automated trading: using EAs, trading bots, copy trading services (including the platform’s own copy feature) or any automated trading program.
- 7.5Arbitrage: profiting from pricing errors, delayed quotes, platform bugs, price gaps between platforms or system faults, as well as tick scalping and high-frequency trading.
- 7.6Gambling-style trading: betting close to all available margin on one direction, trading with no identifiable logic, or any other approach the review judges not to reflect genuine trading ability.
- 7.7False information: giving false identity details, or forging or altering trading records, statements or screenshots.
- 7.8Multiple identities: joining the Program under several identities or someone else’s identity, or with several accounts in evaluation at the same time.
ConsequencesDepending on the seriousness, myTradersLab may take one or more of these actions: void the evaluation; close the Funded account; cancel all unpaid profit; refuse the current and any later payouts; permanently ban the participant from the Program; cancel VIP membership. Where linked accounts are involved, all of them may be dealt with together.
08
Funded stage rules
- 8.1Funded accounts are provided and managed by myTradersLab, with capital set by tier as in section 3. myTradersLab decides whether the account is live or simulated. Participants do not need to, and must not, deposit into a Funded account.
- 8.2Leverage in the funded stage is capped at 1:100.
- 8.3The review rules in section 6 and the prohibited conduct in section 7 also apply to the funded stage.
8.4 Maximum loss limit: 12% (static)
Account equity (including floating profit and loss) must never fall below 88% of the initial funded capital. This floor is fixed on the initial capital and does not move up with profits.
8.5 Daily loss limit: 8%
Within each trading day, account equity (including floating profit and loss) must not fall below the day’s starting balance minus 8% of the initial capital. The day’s starting balance is the account balance at 00:00 server time on the designated platform.
| Funded capital | Max loss 12% | Equity floor | Daily loss 8% |
| $10,000 | $1,200 | $8,800 | $800 |
| $25,000 | $3,000 | $22,000 | $2,000 |
| $50,000 | $6,000 | $44,000 | $4,000 |
| $100,000 | $12,000 | $88,000 | $8,000 |
Example ($25,000 account)If the balance at 00:00 server time is $26,000, equity that day must not fall below $26,000 − $2,000 = $24,000. Equity must also never fall below $22,000 at any time. Whichever floor is hit first applies.
- 8.6Hitting the maximum or daily loss limit closes the Funded account immediately, and all unpaid profit in the account is cancelled. Profit shares already paid under the rules are not affected.
- 8.7Inactive accounts: if a Funded account has no trades for 30 days in a row, myTradersLab may take the account back.
09
Payouts and profit split
9.1 First payout eligibility
- 9.1.1After the Funded account is issued, the trader needs at least 7 trading days in total before requesting the first payout.
- 9.1.2A trading day is a day with at least one trade fully opened and closed that the review accepts as genuine trading. Token trades made just to make up the number of days do not count.
9.2 First payout: 100% of profit to the trader
- 9.2.1100% of the profit in the first payout goes to the trader; myTradersLab takes no share.
- 9.2.2The first payout’s profit is capped at 15% of the initial funded capital. Anything above that stays in the account and counts toward the next payout.
| Funded capital | First payout cap | Trader receives (100%) |
| $10,000 | $1,500 | $1,500 |
| $25,000 | $3,750 | $3,750 |
| $50,000 | $7,500 | $7,500 |
| $100,000 | $15,000 | $15,000 |
9.3 From the second payout: choose your split
From the second payout on, the trader chooses one of these plans:
| Plan | Trader share | myTradersLab | Payout frequency |
| Daily | 50% | 50% | Daily: once every trading day |
| Bi-weekly | 75% | 25% | Every two weeks: once every 14 days |
| Monthly | 90% | 10% | Monthly: once every 30 days |
- 9.3.1The trader chooses a plan when requesting the second payout. The frequency is counted from the date the previous payout was paid.
- 9.3.2The plan can be changed after any payout is completed, and the change applies from the next payout cycle.
- 9.3.3From the second payout on there is no cap on the amount, but every payout must pass review.
9.4 Minimum payout
The profit in each payout request (before the split) must be at least 1% of the initial funded capital: $100 for a $10,000 account, $250 for $25,000, $500 for $50,000 and $1,000 for $100,000. Requests below the minimum are not accepted, and the profit stays in the account.
9.5 Payout review and payment
- 9.5.1For every payout request, myTradersLab reviews every trade since the last payout (or since the Funded account was issued).
- 9.5.2When requesting a payout, the account must have no open positions or pending orders.
- 9.5.3Review times: the Daily plan is usually reviewed within 1 business day; the first payout and the Bi-weekly and Monthly plans usually within 5 business days. Once approved, the profit share is paid by the method myTradersLab specifies.
- 9.5.4The profit paid out is deducted from the Funded account. The maximum loss floor is still based on the initial capital and does not change with payouts.
- 9.5.5A payout request that fails review is void, and the related profit may be dealt with under section 7.
10
Monthly slots
- 10.1Each calendar month has a limit of 15 new Funded accounts (across all tiers).
- 10.2Slots are given out in the order participants pass the Phase 2 final review.
- 10.3When a month’s slots are full, participants who have passed the final review move to the next month and keep their place in line.
- 10.4myTradersLab may change the number of monthly slots, and will announce any change in the VIP group in advance.
11
Account termination and rejoining
- 11.1Failed or void evaluation: the participant can deposit again and restart from Phase 1, subject to rule 2.4 (only one evaluation account at a time).
- 11.2Funded account closed for hitting a loss limit: the participant can rejoin the evaluation from Phase 1.
- 11.3Closed for breaching section 7: myTradersLab may permanently refuse to let the participant rejoin.
- 11.4Participants may leave the Program at any time. When leaving with a Funded account, unpaid profit is settled under section 9; if the review fails, it is not paid.
12
Risk disclosure and disclaimer
Please read carefully before joiningForex, gold and contracts for difference (CFDs) are high-risk leveraged products whose prices can move sharply in a short time. During the evaluation, participants trade their own money and could lose their entire deposit.

13
Changes to the rules and final interpretation
- 13.1myTradersLab may change these rules at any time. Changes are announced in the VIP group and take effect from the date announced. Funded accounts already issued follow the updated rules.
- 13.2The Chinese version of these rules is the official version. If there is any other language version, the Chinese version prevails.
- 13.3myTradersLab has the final say on how the Program and these rules are interpreted.
